Aged 11β‐HSD1‐deficient mice with the CamIIK‐HSD1 transgene rescue of 11β‐HSD1 activity in the forebrain (Tg+HSD1KO) showed a nonsignificant trend for heavier adrenals (see Supporting information, Table S2).

In addition, a nonsignificant trend toward higher levels of fucosylation in A549 sEVs (FC = 1.14) was observed, whereas sialylation showed a modest, nonsignificant decrease (FC = 0.97).
However, their data showed a nonsignificant trend in the same direction as our results, with the tinnitus group performing slightly worse than controls.
A nonsignificant trend of increased early systolic pressure amplification with age was reported in Wilkinson et al.
In contrast, exenatide showed a nonsignificant trend toward reduction (OR: 0.90; 95% CI: 0.78-1.03), and lixisenatide likewise did not reach significance (OR: 0.77; 95% CI: 0.58-1.03).
A nonsignificant trend for omnivores to produce higher peak torque is observed, however.
We observed a nonsignificant trend toward increased HSC frequency only in cases where hematopoietic cells expressed TLR2 (WT→WT and WT→ Tlr2 −/− ; Figure 4a ); however, spleen HSPCs increased in all three chimeric groups ( Figures 4b and c ), suggesting that TLR2 expression on either radioresistant (that is, mostly stromal) or radiosensitive (hematopoietic) cells is sufficient to induce some mobilization (or expansion) of spleen HSPCs.
Figure 5A represents the mean normalized SN dopaminergic firing rate from −400 msec to 1 sec relative to tone onset, while Figure 5B demonstrated a nonsignificant trend for higher SN dopaminergic firing rates with increasing uncertainty.
Classification of patients with or without mutations in these m 6 A regulators showed that the mutant group displayed a nonsignificant trend of worse survival outcome, but significantly higher GS, over the WT group ( Supplementary Figure S1C ), suggesting a potential pro-oncogenic role for the deregulated m 6 A pathway.
However, restricting to pRBD onset during 2011–2012, we observed a nonsignificant trend between high urate concentration and high odds of pRBD ( P ‐trend = 0.09).
The tirzepatide group (HR 0.84, 95% CI 0.69–1.01) and bariatric surgery group (HR 0.85, 95% CI 0.74–0.98) both showed a nonsignificant trend towards reducing obesity associated cancers. 50 A different retrospective cohort study utilizing the TriNetX Research Network propensity matched type 2 diabetics who were new users of GLP-1RAs to those who use other antihyperglycemic agents.
Similarly, there was a nonsignificant trend toward a reduction in the percentage of patients with AIS who were treated with alteplase outside of the target DTN window of less than 60 minutes from ER arrival (67.3% of patients receiving alteplase greater than 60 minutes after ED presentation with symptoms of AIS at baseline vs. 22.2% of patients at 6 months; Figure 3B ).
However, patients with low CMAP amplitudes of the tibial nerve ( Table 2 ) did show a nonsignificant trend towards a higher ODSS and a longer disease duration than patients with higher amplitudes, and also had significantly increased proximal CSA-HRUS-MRN values of the tibial nerve as well as significantly decreased FA in proximal nerve segments.
As the sole stimulus, pLL gave rise to a nonsignificant trend toward an increase in the number and percentage of peritoneal DCs after 18 h; together with LPS, it did not alter the decrease in DC numbers and percentages caused by this inflammatory stimulus (data not shown).
Consistent with previous results using this contraction protocol ( 19 ), there was a nonsignificant trend for a small contraction-stimulated increase in pAkt ( Fig. 3 A and 4 A ).
R1 resection showed a nonsignificant trend (Table 2 ).
Consistent with several previous longitudinal studies that have reported associations between plasma AGE and incident CVD ( 15 , 18 , 19 , 29 ), we found a nonsignificant trend for an increased risk for CVD for most AGE in the VADT. 3DG-H1 did become a significant predictor of CVD events after inclusion with MetSO in a combined model.
Both studies found a significant decrease in MDD symptoms posttreatment, and one found a nonsignificant trend associating MDD symptom change with the amygdala’s functional connectivity with the dorsolateral PFC and dorsal ACC.
