In addition, we observed a significant increase in the b/a ratio in C1qa -KO mice compared with WT mice at T 0 and a nonsignificant trend toward higher b/a ratios at the later time points, which may reflect developmental differences at the photoreceptor triad synapse in C1qa -KO mice ( 38 ).

Close inspection does reveal, however, that in this study 24 of 31 patients in the FNB group were labeled as high risk for falling as compared to 21 of 31 in the ACB group, representing a nonsignificant trend toward an increased risk of falling associated with FNB.
