A mild trend of increased 23 Na signal in GAS was found during the first exercise recovery, which could result from an increased extracellular space fraction and would be in agreement with the higher T 2 * values measured simultaneously [ 27 ].
As SR coverage increased, there was a mild trend of decreasing output ONT read length as E. coli PacBio dataset, by the methods except the selective ones, LSC and Nanocorr (Additional file 1 : Figure S8).

Summary In this carefully screened normal cohort, age dependent concentric remodeling was associated with significant decline in diastolic global function and mechanics, increased systolic torsion with preserved LVEF and a mild trend toward reduced systolic strain.
