As can be seen in Figure 1 D, the enzyme activity displayed a decreasing trend during the modification process, and the PEGylated nCAT retained 45% and 39% of its initial catalytic activity at physiological pH of 7.4 and tumor acidic pH of 6.5, rspectively.

DISCUSSION Our study demonstrates a decreasing trend in RV+ diarrhea incidences among children <2 years of age from ISA villages presenting to Matlab Hospital during 3.5 years of routine HRV use.
