The results of brain network data analysis in this study showed that compared to the sham group, enhanced connectivity between the left frontal region and the parieto-occipital lobe was observed in the delta band of the tDCS group, and the node degree was increased but the clustering coefficient was decreased, whereas there was a decreasing trend in the node degree and clustering coefficient of the gamma band.

Concurrently, the average lift exhibits a decreasing trend, with a significant reduction occurring between 0.2 and 0.4 wave numbers; this decline becomes more moderate when the wave number exceeds 0.6.

The measurement of NO in the cell culture medium did not show significant differences, other than a decreasing trend in HUVECs exposed to HSS in both experimental settings ( Figure 5 b,f).
