The optical density (OD) of the test and negative control groups were 0.7 ± 0.02 and 0.01 ± 002, respectively, and their difference was highly significant (p = 0.0001).

T levels The meta-analysis demonstrated a highly significant overall effect of vitamin D supplementation on T levels (MD: 0.28 nmol/L, P = 0.0001) ( Amini et al., 2020 ; Holt et al., 2024 ; Maghsoumi-Norouzabad et al., 2021 ; Wadhwa et al., 2020 ).
The following variables were significant or borderline significant (BS): maternal age ( P =BS), parity ( P <.0001), height ( P <.01), smoking (<0.05), and induction of labor ( P <.0001).
The survival difference between ST-positive and ST-negative is highly significant ( P < 0.0001, log rank test).
Additionally, with the progression of the induction period, a decreasing trend in scleral fibers’ diameters was observed in the left eyes ( F = 31.85, P < 0.0001), while an increasing trend was noted in the right eyes ( F = 7.68, P = 0.0005).
Highly significant statistical differences were found in fruit firmness among cultivars (F = 41.02; df = 8, 36; p < 0.0001); the firmest was ‘Criolla’-NL, and the softest ‘Criolla’-HG (Table 2 ).
However, hypomimia and speech impairment from V0 to V24M in males but not in females was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) ( Table 4 ).
Highly significant AEI was observed at TMEM129 ( P < 0.0001; Fig. 6 A and Supplementary Table 8 ), with a mean T/C ratio of 0.84.
The main effect of ROI combinations (BOLD activations within MTL, VS, and MTL + VS sets) was highly significant (F = 46.8, P < 0.0001): for the outside-session recognition condition ( Fig. 3 B ), the 25 visual ROIs and the 5 MTL ROIs in combination showed the best mean balanced accuracy at 59.6%.
PERMANOVA confirmed a highly significant effect of time (weeks) on microbial community structure (F = 60.664; P = 0.0001), whereas treatment had no significant standalone effect (F = 0.8889; P = 0.4175; Fig. 6 ).
65,66 Statistical analysis confirmed these reductions were highly significant ( p < 0.0001) compared with the EAC control.
Statistical analysis revealed that this difference was highly significant (p < 0.0001).
This was highly significant at day 3 ( p < 0.0001) compared to the control wounds indicating that both treatments were inhibiting the production of TNFα and flattening the inflammation phase (Fig. 3g ).
The difference in the release time of 50% of loaded ZP dose between the prepared tablets and commercial ones was found to be highly significant (p-value < .0001). 3.9.
Compared to the control group, the study group males showed a mean decrease in weight of 1.44 kg, and this difference was highly significant ( P < 0.0001) [Tables 3 – 5 ].
Although there was no decrease in parasite egg burden (as determined by recovery of ova from the liver), the viability of these eggs from trial 1 was examined and highly significant ( P < 0.0001) reductions in hatching capability (68% and 56%) were observed for the Rubb 12 -tri- and Rubb 7 -tnl-treated mice, respectively ( Fig 8C ).
(i) Inter-group diversity and faultline dynamics Contrary to the potential for fragmentation, inter-group diversity remains robust across the faultline variations, with statistical tests yielding highly significant results (two faultlines: t -statistic = 201.464, p ‐value = 0.0001).
A recent study reported a highly significant ( p < 0.0001) improvement in symptoms in 11 different categories [ 12 ].
The fitted exponential decay models were all highly significant (r 2 > 0.74, p < 0.0001; Fig. 5 ) with decay constants (r) differing significantly between single-species (chironomid only) and multispecies (two and three species) treatments.
However, during the second and third weeks, animals maintained at 21°C consumed on average 21.5% more than animals housed at 32°C, but despite this highly significant difference in ingested food ( p < 0.0001), only the warmed animals gained a significantly greater amount of weight.
Although only one score fell to 0, the difference between pre- and treated tumour was highly significant ( P <0.0001 by paired Wilcoxon test).
All models were highly significant (likelihood ratio, core, and Wald P < 0.0001) presenting good fit and high prediction capabilities (c score = 0.739–0.82).
The overall model for time, treatment and route was highly significant (R 2 = 0.5055; p < 0.0001).
The identities of cell-to-cell commonly expressed genes in each species show highly significant overlap (random sampling p < 10 −4 ; Fig. 2c, d ).
Thoracolumbar muscle hypotrophy also showed a highly significant time effect [ F (1.922, 34.60) = 22.33, p < 0.0001], although post-hoc comparisons did not identify specific time points that differed significantly from baseline in either group ( Figure 10 ).
