Based on 20 independent runs, a paired t-test on accuracy values confirms a highly significant difference (t(19) = 55.37, p < 0.0001), providing strong evidence against the null hypothesis.

This model showed a better fit, with a higher explained variance, R 2 = 0.3139, and a highly significant global F test, F(3,76) = 11.59, p < 0.0001.
Statistical analysis supported these findings: two-way repeated-measures ANOVA showed a highly significant treatment effect (p < 0.0001), with Dunnett’s post hoc tests revealing intense erythema and edema responses only in the positive control (MD 1.48–3.83, p < 0.0001), while Novostron did not differ from the negative control at any observation point.
The levels of serum NO levels showed highly significant correlation with saliva levels of NO in Group I ( r = 0.8607, P < 0.0001) as well as in Group II ( r = 0.9224, P < 0.0001) [ Table 4 ].
The global F ST / R ST value at 0.34/0.64 was highly significant ( P < 0.0001), signaling a substantive genetic differentiation among the populations as a whole, and most of the pairwise comparisons displayed a pronounced level of genetic differences (> 0.25).
The prevalence in different income groups was highly significant ( p < 0.0001, one-way ANOVA).
Each Spearman correlation was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), except for the relationships of sleep with pain ( p = 0.0008), with general activity ( p = 0.0004), with walking ability ( p = 0.0068), and with relations with others ( p = 0.0029).
Of the seven SNPs, rs2240337 G>A was validated as an ESCC susceptibility locus, showing highly significant evidence both in heterozygote group ( p <0.0001) and homozygote group ( p <0.004).
The correlations were weaker for the WV site, but still highly significant ( r = 0.39, p ≤ 0.0001).
Gal-9 induced a substantial, highly significant ( P < 0.0001), and dose-dependent increase in SARS-CoV-2 cell-surface attachment ( Figure 2 A).

The presence of IRF led to higher CoR in both the MP-3 (±7.01 dB) and MAIA (±8.16 dB) compared with macular areas without the biomarker (CoR ±6.31 dB (MP-3), ±5.23 dB (MAIA)) and was statistically highly significant in both devices (both P < 0.0001).
Highly significant (p < 0.0001) negative Pearson correlations were found between HbO and alpha (r 2 = −0.69) and HbO and beta (r 2 = −0.54) rhythms.
A highly significant difference ( p < 0.0001) was evident, with a more than tenfold higher totally settled amount of ACAM 2 if the chamber setup was cleaned with Cleaning method II as compared to Cleaning method I.
Both differences were highly significant (p < .0001) [61].
Statistical analysis (unpaired t test) showed that the minor decrease observed in Young Women than in Young Men is highly significant ( P < .0001), and it is also significant the smaller decrease detected in adult women than adult men ( P = .0005).
This downregulation was dose dependent with inhibitor KU757 and highly significant compared to controls ( P < .0001).
The difference in the ratio MUM/NSB/NBA between C x C (1.97/1.01/11.89) compared to C x NC (0.34/1.43/14.44) is highly significant ( P < .0001, Chi-Square).
Expressing the survival as CFU/ml instead of as percentages however reveals a highly significant difference between the strains in the actual number of surviving bacteria at 2, 9, and 21 h post-penicillin addition ( P < 0.0001), which again can be explained as a significant strain dependent difference in invasiveness (Figure 5 ).
Parity ( p -value < 0.0001), menopausal status ( p -value = 0.0001), BMI ( p < 0.0001), and education ( p -value = 0.001) showed the most evident differences (Table 2 ). We found a highly significant ( p < 0.0001) lower vegetable intake among cases (mean 85.24 g/day, SD 50.62) with respect to controls (mean 112.24 g/day, SD 74.49) and a less pronounced, lower fruit intake (mean 262.87 g/day, SD 140.98 vs mean 289.35 g/day, SD 146.28), while no association was found with alcohol intake or total energy intake (Table 2 ).
The difference in mineral gain was highly significant in dentin samples between the two infiltrants tested ( P = 0.0001), where nHA dentin samples revealed highest mineral gain.
SED distributions across the three MIS conditions at all time points and for all tibiae), statistical testing confirmed highly significant differences (p < 0.0001).
