There is no consensus on how p-values should be estimated for linear mixed models, but following the t-statistics obtained from using the Satterthwaite’s method, the effect of the participant’s role (whether proposer or recipient) was highly significant (p < 0.0001) whereas the effect of the depression diagnosis and the role:depression interaction were not.
Similarly, CT chest, covid pattern lung involvement percentage showed highly significant reduction (P < 0.0001) in Siddha add on treatment.
This ANOVA yielded a highly significant main effect of Language [F(2,696) = 16.872, p < 0.0001, η 2 = 0.046], mainly driven by the significant differences between English and French (p < 0.001), and English and Spanish (p < 0.0001), with the difference between French and Spanish being non-significant (p = 0.063), as shown by LSD post hoc tests.
Again, when cell lines were classified in regards to their LumA or TNBC status, the differences obtained were highly significant ( p < 0.0001).
At a cut off of 10 mm (Table 2 b ) the odds of having a positive TST result in BCG-vaccinated was reduced but still highly significant (OR 4.8, 95% CI 2.3–9.6, p < 0.0001).
Consequently, when in vivo and ex vivo periods were plotted together, the control groups exhibited a highly significant within-animal correlation, but the VPAC2-Cre/ Ck1ε Tau/– group did not ( Fig. 2 D ; Pearson correlation, Controls: r = 0.923, p < 0.0001, VPAC2-Cre/ Ck1ε Tau/– : r = 0.598, p = 0.07).
Statistical analysis confirmed that the blue shifts in water absorption as temperature increased from 25 to 60 °C were highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
T 2 w 2D TSE Statistical analysis showed that the difference between the quantitative metrics of corrected and uncorrected images was highly significant ( p < 0.0001) for both SI and AES.
Given the evaluated model was highly significant at a confidence interval of 95% ( p < 0.0001 *), the correlation coefficients (R 2 ) indicate a good fit to the experimental data ( Table 4 ).
A highly significant decrease ( P = 0.0001) in RD was noted from baseline to 6 months.
For seven of these apicomplexan infections, the reduction was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), where between ~ 30 and ~ 70% of recovered reads were derived from the host using the earlier method versus between ~ 1 and ~ 20% for UPDx (Fig. 2 a).
Searching for any of the ICD-10 codes related to delivery, infections during delivery or puerperium time, identified 120 cases, and among these the proportion caused by e mm28 was highly significant (55.8%, 67/120, p < 0.0001, Table 1 ).
The one-way ANOVA results confirmed highly significant differences ( p < 0.0001) across the median normalized log2 signal intensities in all five examined subcellular fractions, with the strongest effects observed in the endoplasmic reticulum ( p = 5.6 × 10−14, F = 1134) and mitochondria ( p = 1.8 × 10−12, F = 599), where the addition of DDM substantially increased signal intensity.
This difference between CD8 and CD4 was highly significant comparing all time points (10 d to 7 m) (p = 0.0001, Anova).
This difference in the distribution of unique peptides derived from the structural (P1) versus nonstructural (P2P3) segments of the polyprotein in the anti-HSP90 pulldown product versus the cell lysate was highly significant ( P < 0.0001) ( Fig. 4D ).
Significant increases in glycogen synthesis were observed starting at 20 μmol/L ( p < 0.05), while 40 and 80 μmol/L showed highly significant increases ( p < 0.0001; Figure 2C ). 3.3.
Subsequently, the mean hexose/sucrose ratio ranged from 1.88 to 2.25, exhibiting highly significant varietal differences ( p < 0.0001).
Given this lack of statistical significance in hierarchical testing, adjusted mean changes from baseline in total lesion volume on T2-weighted (T2W) images at 12 months and 24 months in the siponimod group were considered nominally significant versus placebo (both timepoints p < 0.0001) (Table 1 ), with the adjusted average mean increase from baseline over both timepoints lower in the siponimod than placebo group (183.9 vs 879.2 mm 3 ; nominal p < 0.0001) [ 38 ].
The month/year effect was strong, as can be seen in Fig 5 , and was highly significant (p < .0001) in all cases.
Although only a few taxa spanned such a wide range, every parasite had highly significant among‐population differences in prevalence (binomial GLMs, all P < 0.0001).
Together with the highly significant differences (Two‐tailed paired t ‐test P < 0.0001; n = 65) in the average (±SD) counts of unique gene clusters obtained from complete versus complete plus partial gene catalogues ( Supplementary Data 1 ) suggests a strong effect of partial gene sequences on gene diversity, and in turn, gene discovery.
