Both tools showed highly significant change during the study (p<0.0001 for each), but agreement between the change in the two tools was only fair (κ=0.31).

Overall, there were highly significant differences in infection levels (spore or cell equivalents/bee) between N. ceranae and L. passim (one‐way ANOVA, Dunn's test p < .0001, Figure 3 ).
This improvement was highly significant ( P < 0.0001).
The combination of red LED irradiation with the compounds resulted in a highly significant ( p < 0.0001), dose-dependent reduction in Leishmania promastigote survival compared to the negative control ( Figure 1 B 1 –B 4 ).
There were highly significant positive correlations between DW and all genetic variation measures ( r = .729413, p < .0001, t = 6.3977), meaning that a high number of rare markers (high DW) were associated with high genetic variation.

According to this study, as LAP values increased, there was a discernible increase in the prevalence of SUI. A highly significant positive association ( P < 0.0001) between SUI prevalence and LAP was observed in fully adjusted model 3.
All regressions were highly significant ( F -value = 352.31, and p -value < 0.0001 for CLD % and F -value = 276.91, and p -value < 0.0036 for TS), and also the R 2 coefficients were adequate (0.988 for CLD %, and 0.998 for TS), demonstrating the models are suitable for representing the responses.
Normality and Distributional Diagnostics Every impedance trait produced highly significant p -values ( p < 0.0001), rejecting the null hypothesis of equivalence.
Mean difference between postsurgery clinical versus postsurgery CBCT measurements was 0.93 mm which was statistically highly significant ( P < 0.0001), indicating underestimation of postsurgery clinical measurements compared to postsurgery CBCT measurements [ Table 2 ].
Among the 3D printed samples, the reduction was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), while the milled PMMA samples also showed a significant decrease in microbial adhesion ( p = 0.001) relative to the control.
Our analyses identified the following variables as highly significant: “mean age,” “number of age groups”, and “data reporting quality” (all p < 0.0001). “Setting,” “disease classification,” and “number of diseases in the classification” were significant (0.01 < p ≤ 0.03), and “data collection period” and “data source” were non-significant.
This linear trend of increasing total STarT-G score with an increasing number of somatic symptoms was highly significant (Jonckheere–Terpstra test, P < 0.0001).
Interestingly, there was a significant trend towards increased BOS (r = 0.323, p<0.0001) and decreased FAI (r = 0.259, p = 0.0008) and RI (r = 0.331, p<0.0001) with MAP ( Fig 3B, 3C and 3D ).
Analyses of tumour characteristics by year of diagnosis showed a significant trend towards lower risk tumours in more recent years, driven by a highly significant trend towards lower nodal status (p<0·0001 for both oestrogen receptor-positive and oestrogen receptor-negative groups; table 1 ; appendix p 35 ).
When comparing the PI and mSBI, it was found that there was a highly significant drop from baseline to 6 months ( P = 0.0001).
This difference in survival was highly significant (Gehan-Breslow-Wilcoxon p<0.0001).
The difference between VO 2 peak/kg values was highly significant among all pairwise comparisons ( p < 0.0001), excluding that between the 35–40 kg/m 2 and 40–45 kg/m 2 groups.
sakazakii MM045 response in degrading pyrene and that of actual response was found highly significant (p < 0.0001) with the R 2 value of 0.9728 and F- value of 51.85.
The Kruskal–Wallis test revealed a highly significant overall distribution difference among the three groups (A1, A2, A3) ( p < 0.0001).
There is a highly significant correlation between the two measures ( R = 0.66; P < 0.0001) (Additional file 1 : Figure S4); whilst this is not a strong relationship, it is consistent with previous observations between these two measures ( R = 0.61) [ 6 ].
Responses toward most antigens showed highly significant differences in sample means (p-values < 0.0001) between vaccinated and unvaccinated macaques using anti-rhesus IgG-PE ( Fig. 5 A), with the exception of an envelope from a chimpanzee-derived strain (cpzEK505 gp120) and the two PR55 variants tested.
A highly significant association was seen between early PSA recurrence and elevated ADAM15 expression ( Figure 4 A , P < .0001) in all tumors and also in subgroups of ERG fusion negative and positive cancers ( P < .0001, P = .0002); ( Figure 4 B and C).
5B,C , tumor growth was significantly inhibited by Trametinib exposure (p = 0.0009), while Everolimus-treated tumors did not significantly differ from vehicle control-exposed tumors in either their final size or their growth rate; however, combined treatment with Trametinib and Everolimus resulted in highly significant growth inhibition, as compared to either vehicle control (p = 0.0001) or single agent treatment (p = 0.003 for the comparison between Trametinib and combination; p = 0.0026 for the comparison between Everolimus and combination).
