Shape ANOVA revealed a highly significant main effect of genotype on ventricular shape (procrustes ANOVA: F = 9.29, p = 0.0001) and a significant induction × genotype interaction ( F = 2.45, p = 0.0157), indicating that the impact of PKN2 loss on heart shape depends on when the knockout was induced.

Results showed a highly significant positive correlation between average promoter CpG methylation and IFNG RT-qPCR ΔCt (Spearman R = 0.67, p < 0.0001, Figure 2C ), demonstrating increased IFNG promoter methylation is associated with decreased IFNG RNA expression.
The model F-value of 178.56 indicated that the model was highly significant at p < 0.0001.
With regard to the relationship between mismatch repair (MMR) status and cancer stage, this was associated with a highly significant difference in stage distribution between dMMR cases ( n = 148) and all MMR cases ( n = 893) ( χ 2 (4) = 38.25, p < 0.0001).
For BPA doses, however, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) indicated highly significant among-group differences ( F = 7.87 ; p < 0.0001 ), and subsequent Bonferroni post hoc comparisons indicated significant differences between placebo and each exposure ( t = 3.2 , p < 0.01 for 2 ng / g ; t = 2.8 , p < 0.01 for 20 ng / g ; t = 4.0 , p < 0.0001 for 100 ng / g ; and t = 5.4 , p < 0.0001 for 500 ng / g ).
On multivariate analysis, CRP remained highly significant for CSS ( χ 2 =17.3, P <0.0001) and OS ( χ 2 =9.8, P <0.002), in addition to other pre-operative variables including log of neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio, red blood cell count and white cell count.
The difference between the groups was highly significant ( P < 0.0001), reinforcing LDAR as a robust prognostic biomarker for ICU mortality in septic patients with malignancies.
It was found by flow analyses ( Figure 7B ) that NAV-duplexes were strongly recognized by IgG1-DS5 on biotin-labeled cells, with no such signals arising from NAV alone [highly significant by t -test analysis (Methods); p <0.0001].
As anticipated from the SR2508 urinary excretion data, the relationship was highly significant (r = 0.626, P = .0001).
A highly significant effect of time was observed for SO 2 , Flow, and Velocity (all p < 0.0001), indicating a consistent increase in these parameters following regional anaesthesia.
Table 3 illustrates that the response surface model had an excellent fit and was highly significant, as 96.59 % of the predicted findings were within the experimental range (R 2 = 0.9659, p < 0.0001, and F = 28.31).
This intergroup difference was highly significant (P<0.0001, ANCOVA).
Although one M form swarm was found over bare ground, the association between swarm markers and swarm molecular form was highly significant ( χ 2 = 56.92, d.f. = 3, p < 0.0001).
2 ), and this difference is highly significant (p = 10 -4 ).
A one-way ANOVA revealed a highly significant effect of formulation on swelling (S w ) (F(7, 792) ≈ 43,176, p < 0.0001), with a very large effect size (η2 ≈ 0.997).
PBMC p/t-S6RP inhibition was highly significant at Day 8 and was maintained through Day 15 (n = 8, Figure 4B . , p<0.0001).
Finally, a Procrustes ANOVA of the flower structure shapes showed highly significant differences between the lines as well, P<0.0001 ( Table 2 ), showing a clear statistical differentiation.
In each subject the proportion of variance explained was superior in the non-shuffled data and this difference was highly significant (Wilcoxon signed rank test, all p values <.0001).
The relationship between catalyst loading and reaction time is highly significant ( F -value = 27.59, p < 0.0001), pointing out that optimization of both parameters is required for an optimal yield ( Table ).
Mixing was a relatively sensitive method of detecting the most highly significant changes (p < 0.0001) (86% of changes detected), however it was not very specific; as many as one third of gene expression changes showing p < 0.05 in mixed samples were not confirmed by individual profiles.
We examined the socio-demographic elements that affect people’s awareness of the osteoporosis condition, and we found that there is a highly significant correlation between work environment and osteoporosis knowledge (p-value = 0.0001).
[ 23 ] identified human population density and total housing units as highly significant predictors of Ae. aegypti abundance (all p < 0.0001).
Although differentiation among subgroups was highly significant (P<0.0001), 76.95% of total genetic variance was attributed to the difference within subgroups and 1.51% within individuals.
This regression model was also highly significant and explained 42% of the variance in placebo variability (adjusted R 2 = .426; F 5/91 = 15.22; p < 0.0001).
Even after accounting for the fact that we are comparing different levels of albuminuria with the same control group by using the Bonferroni correction, the pooled estimates of microalbuminuria and macroalbuminuria remained highly significant (both p < 0.0001 after Bonferroni correction).
