In addition, despite the presence of the correlation between total 25(OH)D and bone-specific alkaline phosphatase and vitamin B6, it was borderline significant, in contrast to free 25(OH)D, which was correlated with these parameters with p < 0.001.
Table 3 demonstrates a highly significant main effect of time ( F = 1836.90, P < 0.001) and a significant interaction between time and group ( F = 91.06, P < 0.001) on the thickness of the limbal-conjunctival autograft.
Nocturia showed a highly significant reduction (Hedges’ g = − 0.66, 95% CI − 0.91 to − 0.40, p < 0.001) with minimal heterogeneity (I 2 = 3.6%).
Cells were harvested 24 hours post transfection to assess GFI1 expression levels by quantitative RT-PCR, revealing a highly significant down regulation of both GFI1 RNA (p < 0.001) (Fig. 4A ).
In contrast, the negative effect of safety cognition risk on subjective norm shows a significant trend of attenuation when UX is at high levels (Bsimple = − 0.415, p < 0.001, CI [− 0.260, − 0.570).
In terms of DM, the GEI for the AWD and CF water regimes is accounted for by the first three interaction principal components of AMMI and three PCs with highly significant differences ( p < 0.001), respectively.
Test performed at the end of the CUMS protocol showed highly significant (p < 0.001) elevation of the corticosterone level in the PNS group.
As shown in Figs 4 C,D and 5 out of 18 hits, represented by dexamethasone, flumethazone, colchicine, thimerosal, and doxorubicin displayed highly significant effect (P < 0.001) at 1 μM; 4 out of them, i.e. colistimetate, megestrol, melphalan, and metronidazole showed a significant effect (P < 0.05) at 1 μM; while cyproterone and nitrofurantoin compounds displayed a slight dose-response trend at the doses used, accounting for a total of 11 compounds (61%) globally validating approximately 0.5% of hits from the primary screening.
Results Oxidative stress marker and antioxidant markers MDA levels showed a highly significant increase ( P < 0.001) when comparing the high-dose group with either the low-dose or control group, as well as when comparing the low-dose group with the control group, as illustrated in Fig. 1 (a) .
Phase was highly significant ( P < 0.001), indicating strong differences between cell cycle phases and this is consistently explaining variability in percentages, while neither the Ganoderma species, cell line, nor their interactions significantly affected the percentages in any of the models ( P > 0.05).
At both institutions, gender remained a highly significant predictor, with the disparity markedly more pronounced: male students exhibited 97% lower odds of HIV test uptake at IMSU (OR = 0.03, p < 0.001) and 95% lower odds at FEDPOLYNEK (OR = 0.05, p < 0.001) relative to their female counterparts.
However, during first follow up observations, patient reported QoL average scores upon VAS scale were 59.97 ± 6.79 in the control study arm with 63.11 ± 5.20 in the interventional study arm that was statistical highly significant values ( p < 0.001 , df-19.79).
A total of 14 402 genes, belonging to profiles 0, 6, and 7, showed highly significant differences (p-value < 0.001), and the remaining 5088 genes, belonging to profiles 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, showed no significant differences (p-value > 0.05) from DS to BS and from BS to FS.
Furthermore, after adjusting sepsis, GI bleed, and HRS diagnosis as covariates, the association between AKI and mortality remained highly significant (adjusted OR = 3.61, 95% CI: 2.14–6.09, p < 0.001), confirming that AKI is an independent predictor beyond these confounders.
All these relationships were highly significant (p < 0.001) (Table 2 ).
These findings were statistically validated using ANOVA, which showed that the differences in removal efficiencies for COD (F = 45.72), TDS (F = 39.64), TSS (F = 52.18), and color (F = 41.83) across voltage levels were highly significant ( p < 0.001), confirming that higher voltages enhance the electrocoagulation treatment efficiency.
Co-expression analysis of the genes The Spearman correlation analysis between NBN and OGG1 gene expression reveals a moderate positive correlation with a Spearman’s rho of 0.46 and a highly significant p-value < 0.001 (Fig. 5 e).
As shown in Table 5 , the results of testing the hypotheses regarding the correlations among factors influencing learning resilience are as follows: academic self-efficacy and perceived campus belonging exhibit highly significant correlations with learning resilience at the P < 0.001 level; learning climate shows less significant correlation with learning resilience at the P < 0.05 level; Social relationships and learning resilience exhibit a significant correlation at the P < 0.01 level; however, the relationship between learning environment and learning resilience is less significant at the P < 0.05 level.
