Two-way ANOVA showed a highly significant effect of mean temperature (15 or 25 °C) (F (1,189) = 67.0, P < 0.001) and temperature regime (constant or fluctuating) (F (1,189) = 9.7, P = 0.002), while the interaction among these two factors was non-significant (F (1,189) = 3.4, P = 0.067).

There was also a very highly significant difference between the two measurement periods ( p < 0.001).

The correlation between aggression and courtship over the two salinity levels was highly significant (r Pearson = 0.58, df = 43, p < 0.001; Fig. 4 ).
EtOH showed significant (*P < 0.05) at 200 mg (5.59 ± 0.29), (**P < 0.01) at 300 mg (4.47 ± 0.46), and highly significant (***P < 0.001) at 400 mg (3.34 ± 0.18) results when compared to the Diseased group (Table 4 and Fig. 8 ).
In the pooled analysis there was a highly significant main effect of cultivar on take-all infectivity measured as the percentage roots infected with take-all (P < 0.001) and no significant difference in the response of cultivars across the years and trial sites (Year.Trial.Cultivar P = 0.058, Table 2 , Supplementary Table S6b ), regardless of the different environmental and agronomic variables and the overall conduciveness of the sites to take-all build-up.
The results of Bartlett’s Test are highly significant ( p < 0.001) for both study areas, demonstrating that the correlation matrices significantly differ from identity matrices, thus validating the appropriateness of FA for each dataset.
The criterion of evaluating statistical significance was as follows: P value < 0.033 was considered significant and marked as *, P < 0.002 as highly significant and marked as **, P < 0.001 was very highly significant and marked as ***.
In contrast, the combined CPF + GT group exhibited a highly significant surge ( p < 0.001) in mononucleated cell counts versus the CPF-administered cohort.
At both institutions, gender remained a highly significant predictor, with the disparity markedly more pronounced: male students exhibited 97% lower odds of HIV test uptake at IMSU (OR = 0.03, p < 0.001) and 95% lower odds at FEDPOLYNEK (OR = 0.05, p < 0.001) relative to their female counterparts.
Not surprisingly given the philopatric nature of loggerhead turtles, pairwise F ST comparisons among global rookeries revealed highly significant differentiation with F ST values ranging from 0.964 (p < 0.001) between the rookeries of Brazil and the Mediterranean Sea to 0.303 (p < 0.001) between the rookeries of Cabo Verde and that of the USA (Fig.
All primary outcomes demonstrated highly significant improvements ( p < 0.001) with large effect sizes (Cohen’s d > 0.8), indicating both statistical significance and clinical meaningfulness.
There was a highly significant main effect of F0 [ F (1,13) = 89.95, p < 0.001, partial eta-squared ( η p 2 ) = 0.87] as expected.
In alignment with the GO analysis, the markedly significant pathways ( p < 0.001) encompassing bacterial ( Staphylococcus aureus ) infection (KEGG Pathway), innate immune response, neutrophil degranulation, immune system, post-translational protein phosphorylation, insulin-like growth factor transport and uptake (Reactome Pathway), and the complement system (WikiPathways) were predominantly associated with immune response (Fig. 3 b, Supplementary Table S5 ).
For wrist flexion, handle type had a highly significant effect (p < 0.001, Table 2 ), with handles A, B, and E producing the highest flexion angles (46.24°, 43.86°, and 41.33°, respectively).
45.67 ± 8.79, 47.41 ± 10.15 and 50.86 ± 9.32 respectively) with highly significant different results ( p < 0.001).
A one-way ANOVA revealed a highly significant effect of classifier type on accuracy in the Delta band, F(5, 24) = 184.79, p < .001, η2 = 0.97, indicating a large effect size.
2 e) showed that these differences were highly significant for both genders (all p < 0.001; post-hoc to Model 1, Supplementary Table S2 ), except for girls’ grades in Sciences and Social Sciences, which were indistinguishable (b = − 0.47, p = 0.3895; post-hoc to Model 1, Supplementary Table S2 ).
We found that the linear correlation in the window centered at 400 ms after the report of the onset of the dominant percept was already highly significant ( z -value = 3.286, p -value < 0.001, Fig. 4b ).
However, two interaction terms, puffing temperature-sample moisture and puffing temperature-moisture content were highly significant ( p ≤ 0.001), indicating the critical role of thermal and moisture dynamics in phenolic retention.
The expression pattern of MTR_1g072320 matched that obtained in the Vf6 × zt2 RILs, showing highly significant differences in the expression level ( p < 0.001) between the contrasting FC genotypes.
Furthermore, when examining CpG sites that were nominally significant (i.e., non-FDR-corrected p-value < 0.001) (n = 3612), we observed overlapping associations between individual PFAS and DNA methylation at 282 specific CpG sites.
