Chi-square testing of the association between month and umbilical scar status was highly significant (χ 2 , df = 34, P < 0.001) (Table 2 ).
Snack consumption frequency showed a highly significant difference (χ2 = 19.79, p < 0.001), where 21.3% of females reported consuming snacks less than three times per week, compared to only 14.0% of males, indicating that females had comparatively healthier snack habits.
Two-way ANOVA revealed a highly significant main effect of treatment (F(3,32) = 645.12, p < 0.001) and a smaller but significant effect of timepoint (F(1,32) = 49.68, p < 0.001).
Regarding the clinical utility of the proposed biomarker, it is important to note that while the differences between the HC and MCI groups were highly significant ( p < 0.001 ), the observed effect size (Cohen’s d = -0.2245) is relatively small.
The genotypic differences in the Ct value of TaITS2 were highly significant (P < 0.001).
1 A,B; the APC for each subgroup is presented in Table S2 ), except a decreasing trend of incidence in unknown receptor subtype subgroup (32.55 to 12.61 per 100,000 women from 2010 to 2019; APC: − 8.6, 95% CI − 11.1 to − 6.1, P < 0.001).
