The results from the model indicated that there was no significant effect of treatment on the F: B ratio in the goat milk microbiome (p value = 0.67068), whereas the effect of timepoint was highly significant (p value = 0.000305).
Our results revealed highly significant synergistic genetic interactions between neb and polo for both symmetric cell divisions and earlier cell divisions ( P = 3.89 × 10 −4 and P = 1.00 × 10 −6 , respectively), but no significant interactions in the case of asymmetric cardiac progenitor cell divisions ( P = 0.117) (Figs. 5 a,d,e, 6 b, Supplementary Table S1 ).
We noted a significant trend (p = 0.0004) across MC1R risk categories with tendency to burn: Hispanic individuals in the medium (OR: 3.4, 95% CI: 1.2–9.2; p = 0.017) and high (OR: 8.4, 95% CI: 2.5–28; p = 0.0005) MC1R risk categories were more likely to report skin that burned (including sunburn without blistering and severe burning with blistering) compared to those in the low MC1R risk category.
This highly significant difference in self-renewal pattern (p < 0.0004; two-tailed Fisher's exact test) is consistent with nuclear Lgr5 marking HF-SCs that shift between symmetric self-renewal and asymmetric self-renewal in response to Xn.

Conversely, a highly significant correlation was observed between steroidogenic efficacy and RT (Pearson r = 0.8526; P = 0.0004; r 2 = 0.7270) ( Fig. 5D ).
The conditional sums of squares of E a estimates revealed highly significant interspecific differences in the temperature dependency of both GP max ( F = 4.4; P -value = 0.0004) and NP max ( F = 8.4; P -value < 0.0001).

There was a highly significant difference in the total uptake at t = 114 h (p = 4 × 10 −4 ) and t = 234 h (p = 3 × 10 −3 ), confirming that the rate of uptake of the A10.1 accession was greater than that of the Ast-1 accession.
We identified several nominally significant associations with average SD-OCT measurements (Table 1 , Supplementary Table S2 ), of which 10 remained significant after multiple testing corrections (p < 0.0004 (0.05/(4 × 33).
Subsequent PCR- based HPV typing using type - specific primers revealed 32% were infected with HPV type 16 whereas 6% were found to be positive for HPV type 18, while in BPH controls only 5% of the BPH controls were infected with HPV 16 and this difference was highly significant (p = 0.0004).
Heteroplasmic constitutional alleles showed a significant trend towards reduction or loss of the minor allele – represented as decreases in HF – in the corresponding tumour (p = 0.00047, t = 3.815).
A highly significant negative correlation between changes in mydriasis and pupil size at rest could be observed both on the hypertonic (r = − 0.921, p < 0.0005, Y = − 1.269X − 0.010) and on the hypotonic side (r = − 0.800, p < 0.0005, Y = − 1.399X + 0.09).
The ANOVA results for tensile strength indicate that the quadratic model is highly significant (Model F = 35.51, p = 0.0005).
This relationship was fit using gamma regression and a log link, the results of which were highly significant (p < 0.0005, Supplementary Fig.
3C , and revealed highly significant changes as a function of gestational age (p < 0.0005) and mouse model (p < 0.0005).
In conclusion, estimating the relatedness of the spore inoculum to paternal genomes of harvested fruitbodies (hypothesis H3) revealed a not significant relationship at Site 1 and Site 2 but a highly significant at site 3 (r = 0.417, p -value < 5e− 4; Table 2 ).
We thus fitted the additive model, and, in this model, the method of density estimation was not significant (p = 0.1266) while the effect of the log.BodyMass was highly significant (p = 0.0005, conditional R 2 = 0.90).
