All dependent variables were highly significant ( p < 0.0001) to the independent variables studied, apart from the β-carotene which was non-significant ( p > 0.05).
Excerpts
The results revealed a highly significant positive correlation ( p < 0.0001) between total phenolic and flavonoid content and antioxidant capacity, analyzed by three different tests (DPPH, ABTS and FRAP).
Besides, highly significant correlation coefficients were found (r = 0.80–0.93; p < 0.0001) when comparing RNA-seq and RT-qPCR results in each genotype, indicating a good consistency between the two analysis techniques and the two independent experiments ( Fig. 3B ).
The results indicated that drug release from all the screened formulations was very highly significant compared to that from drug suspension ( P < 0.0001), thus suggesting a higher bioavailability potential of the drug.
Furthermore, we found a highly significant, negative correlation between PBR values and RBC filling (Person r = − 0.87, p < 0.0001) (Fig. 2 c).
This parameter was highly significant for the annual change in relative numbers of melanic snakes (F 1,35 = 27.15, P < 0.0001), intermediate-phase snakes (F 1,35 = 25.01, P < 0.0001), and black-and-white banded snakes (F 1,35 = 38.27, P < 0.0001; see Fig. 4 ).
Using a mixed model to allow for correlation of the data, we found a highly significant difference (p < 0.0001) between weak and strong tapping ( Figure 1d ).
We found a highly significant difference between intra- and inter-subject mean durations (Student’s t -test, t (18) = 13.926, p < 0.0001; Fig. 5 B, upper-right inset).
sham differences were highly significant when tested separately, p < 0.0001; for rhythmic: d = 2.14; for random: d = 1.79).
As expected, AL dose-dependently decreased the total number of TRAP + h-OCs, resulting into highly significant inhibition at all the concentrations tested (p < 0.0001 vs control sample) (Fig. 3C ).
Although there was no significant residual difference in the CNV size (p = 0.18) or numbers (p = 0.11) between the mGluR+ and mGluR− groups, there was a highly significant difference in the presence of syndromic features between the mGluR+ and mGluR− groups (p < 0.0001).
The sexual dimorphism was highly significant in this genetically diverse population (Sex: p < 0.0001, Fig. 1D , results from complete linear model found in Table S1 ) and the difference in container types contributed no significant effect on survival (Container*Sex: p = 0.12, results from complete linear model found in Table S1 ).
Because the social × force × time interaction effect was found to be highly significant ( F (15, 270) = 3.96, p < 0.0001), we subsequently performed separate two-way ANOVAs with two repeated factors (i.e., social condition and target force level) for each 1-s epoch.
The discrimination between species included in this study is highly significant (Wilks’s Lambda = 0.0000036, F = 2063.9, p < 0.0001).
In the absence of BPs, vWF expression by the endothelial growth media stimulated pMSCs showed an increasing trend over the experimental period with a significant 4-fold up-regulation (p < 0.0001) in expression at the end of ten days.
The improvement of the score per case was highly significant (p = 0.0001).
The ANOVA showed that the P -value for the regression model was highly significant ( P < 0.0001), while the model’s lack of fit was not significant ( P = 0.1138 > 0.05), indicating that the model effectively fitted the linear relationship between TFC from E. breviscapus and the tested factors.
This perfectly matches ANOVA table, where D had the highest F-value (486.64) and was highly significant ( p < 0.0001). pH is the next major contributing factor.
The effect of treatment with fungal extracts, regardless of species, was highly significant compared to caged bees fed only sugar syrup (DWV sugar controls vs. all mycelium treatments: 2-tailed t-test, n = 58; t = 4.33, p = 0.0001, ΔΔCt fold change = 23.0).
Statistical analysis revealed a significant increase in OD of all treated groups, with DEHP treated groups showing significantly higher levels than DBP treated groups; moreover, the highest dose of DBP exhibited a highly significant increase compared to the lower DBP doses ( p < 0.0001; F 6,63 = 20.10; ƞp 2 = 0.66; Fig. 12 h).
Highly significant statistical differences were found in fruit firmness among cultivars (F = 41.02; df = 8, 36; p < 0.0001); the firmest was ‘Criolla’-NL, and the softest ‘Criolla’-HG (Table 2 ).
All these final selected variables showed a highly significant negative relationship with the infection rate (p < 0.0001; Tmin r = − 0.25, AP r = − 0.23, RH r = − 0.21).
pombe spores irradiated at the same level; the differences being highly significant (p < 0.0001) ( Fig. 1B ).
The unadjusted HR was 2.248 with a 95% CI of 2.105 to 2.401, which was highly significant ( p -value < 0.0001).
A highly significant correlation with r = 0.73 and coefficient at 0.82 [0.75–0.89] (p < 0.0001) was obtained.
