However, it was highly significant on the individual level with greater power (B = 5.4, p = 2 × 10 –6 ), suggesting that in Eastern Hungary the trend of respondents in larger settlements having later chronotypes is amplified.

In fact, when we compared the mean firing rate evoked by light activation of all these presumably ‘non-inhibitory’ spots to the mean baseline activity, we found that there was a small but highly significant reduction in firing rate (P = 2.6e-6, paired t-test, n = 216 spots, spot size 88 × 88 mμ, each spot value is the represented by the average of its ~20 repetitions, Fig. 2B ).
However, FIMO analysis detected a highly significant motif sequence, GGGAGGCTA ( p = 2.72 × 10−6; q = 9.77 × 10−4), which was used as the representative fragment for docking (Fig. 7 B).
Indeed, 3 of its markers were highly significant: rs41575887 (127,928,903 bp, p = 2.8E-06), rs132708238 (127,934,719 bp, p = 6.6E-10), and rs136864039 (127,944,097 bp, p = 1.5E-06).
Additionally, the relationship between observed nested PCR band intensities (i.e., very strong, strong, weak and negative) and ATX-a ELISA values was also found to be highly significant ( p < 0.000003 and p < 0.02, Tukey’s honest significant difference (HSD) test and ANOVA) (Fig. 4b ).
In addition, highly significant departures from race-specific Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P-value < 5e-6) are excluded from the data.
It was shown that Kiruhura was getting very highly significant (t = 20; P = 0.000005, df = 21) more total household income than Isingiro.
We found highly significant SNPs in ABCC2 , a known carboplatin transporter, associated with carboplatin clearance (asymptotic P = 5.2 × 10 6 , empirical P = 1.4 × 10 −5 ), indicating biological plausibility.
Indeed, when we removed results of studies on open-pollinated families (22 study-trait pairs) in our metadata analysis, the Wilcoxon signed-rank test still remained highly significant (p-value = 5.64e−06), thus confirming the observed general bias of using registered pedigree information to represent the genetic relationships existing between the individuals making up the breeding population analyzed.
A total of 75 MTAs were associated with measured phenotypic traits under HNT, of which 24 were highly significant ( p ≤ 7E−06 to 9E−05), 20 were significant at p value = 1E−04, and the rest met a suggestive threshold ( p ≤ 2E−04 to 6E−04) (Supplementary Table S1 ).
3 ) by Kruskal Wallis test applied to the difference between I 6 and I 1 (Δ (I6-I1) ) and observed a highly significant Hypnotizability effect ( p = 0.0000072) with the mediums’decrease larger than both highs’( p = 0.000019) and lows’( p = 0.000019).
We identified a highly significant association with the CD40LG haplotype at the day of PC delivery (H 4 : TGGC; P = 0.000009; Table 2 ).
The proportions of carriers and non-carriers of predicted pathogenic variants in the three population groups are highly significant different (p = 0.000009), due to the low proportion of carriers in Europeans (two by two population groups comparisons: Africans × Asians, p = 0.355; Africans × Europeans, p = 0.000013; Asians × Europeans, p = 0.00018).
A Chi squared test considering the total numbers of genes on these contigs (3489 and 628, respectively) shows a highly significant enrichment of differentially expressed genes on JPPQ01000083 (p-value = 9.436e-06).
Nevertheless, it was marginally not significant for Aria10 ( p value = 0.0503) and highly significant for Aria15 ( p value = 9.728e−06).
The next 2 genes (low density lipoprotein receptor ( LDLR ) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinases metallopeptidase inhibitor 1 ( TIMP1 ) showed moderately significant upregulation (p < 1 × 10 −5 ) in gene expression between D20+ TGF-β and D20 samples, as detected by RNASeq analysis and a significant upregulation at D20+ TGF-β vs D20 by real-time PCR (Fig. 4H,I ).
