The coefficient of the linear regression between pollen adhesion and fruit seed number was low, but again highly significant too (r 2 = 0.16; p < 0.0001; n = 105).

Factor Model Analysis According to the ANOVA results presented in Table 5 , the BCF model for As is highly significant (F = 27.74, p < 0.0001).
The interaction between the population origin and the applied treatment showed a highly significant effect (F = 59.88, p ≤ 0.0001), suggesting that the response to damage is significantly modulated by the genetic origin of the plants ( Table S4 ).
In contrast, genotypic variance was highly significant ( p < 0.0001), demonstrating substantial genetic variation for FLS resistance within the population.
Table 4 with the ANOVA analysis confirmed that the model was highly significant ( p = 0.0001).
Highly significant differences ( p < 0.0001) in various trait values such as photosynthesis rate, transpiration rate, leaf-level water use efficiency, internal CO 2 concentration, shoot dry weight, root dry weight, ratio of deep rooting, root number, and root diameter were observed between the two treatments.
This represents an almost five-times enrichment for the presence of the AAAUAA motif in this set of highly expressed transcripts for storage proteins (which is highly significant, with p < 0.0001, according to the one-sided Fisher’s exact test based on a 2 × 2 contingency table) with respect to transcripts not involved in the nutrient reservoir activity (represented by a random sample of 6258 protein-coding genes whose 3′ UTR sequence is identified in rice, which showed a presence of the motif in about 20% of the 3′ UTR sequence).
For instance, the genus Clostridium exhibited the highest mean relative abundance in the high Ca treatment (V), with highly significant differences ( p = 0.0002) compared to the control (K) and most other treatments.
Based on statistical analysis, results show a strong highly significant influence effect of the harvesting year ( p = 0.0002) on DON content, which is more than doubled for the harvesting year 2020 (mean of 3746 μg kg −1 vs. 1463 μg kg −1 ).
Water Relations For the reductions seen for midday leaf water potential (ψ) in ungrafted and grafted plants, salinity (i.e., salt stress) and date of measurements proved to be highly significant factors ( p = 0.0002, p < 0.0001, respectively).
These results were corroborated by PERMANOVA, which confirmed no significant difference between the two rhizosheath communities (Permutation tests, R = 0.256, p = 0.089) but a highly significant difference between the rhizosheath and bulk soil communities (Permutation tests, R = 0.9, p = 0.0002) ( Figure 4 a,b). 2.3.2.
The fat contents of the studied plant revealed a highly significant variation ( p = 0.0004).
Additionally, these correlation coefficients are highly significant, having p -values < 6 × 10 − 4 .
We found a highly significant effect of year on the aboveground biomass ( p < 0.001), which may be related to differences in temperature and precipitation among the years.
The highly significant F-values for fruit weight and physicochemical features ( p < 0.001) suggested that apple genotypes accounted for a significant proportion of variance in the dependent traits.
The mixed-model ANOVA revealed highly significant main effects of season ( p < 0.001, p 2 = 0.207) and treatment ( p < 0.001, p 2 = 0.109) on the plant colorimetric index, whereas species had no significant effect ( p = 0.210).
Effects of Rice–Crayfish Co-Culture Systems on Soil Physicochemical Properties Two-way ANOVA revealed that both growth stage and treatment had highly significant effects ( p < 0.001) on soil moisture content (MC), soil porosity (SP), bulk density (BD), and soil organic carbon (SOC).
Salt stress intensity exerted a highly significant effect on leaf area index (LAI) ( p < 0.001), whereas neither cultivar nor its interaction with salt showed a significant impact ( Figure 2 b).
Statistical significance was defined as follows: p < 0.05 (significant), p < 0.01 (highly significant), and p < 0.001 (very highly significant). 5.
According to Figure 4 c, TK, AK, SOC had highly significant negative effects on fungi community ( p < 0.001), whereas capacity, Slope, AP, AN, and Canopy demonstrated highly significant positive impacts ( p < 0.001).
Two-way ANOVA revealed highly significant main effects of both the alginate type (F(1.8) = 41.62, p < 0.001) and water matrix (F(1.8) = 28.81, p < 0.001), with no significant interaction between factors (F(1.8) = 2.65, p = 0.143).
The system × hormone × retardant interaction was highly significant (F = 3.31) ( p < 0.001), indicating that the effect of hormones or retardants cannot be evaluated in isolation: no single factor could predict plant height without considering the others.
The ANOVA analysis revealed a predominant genetic contribution for the SI (47.16%), FL (43.48%), LP (40.46%), FS (36.32%), and FM (36.78%), with highly significant genotypic effects ( p < 0.001).
Correlation Coefficient Analysis of Codon Usage Indices It was observed that the CBI showed a highly significant correlation with the CAI and Fop indices in all species ( p < 0.001) ( Figure 5 ).
A highly significant genotype × treatment interaction ( p < 0.001) indicated marked variation in drought sensitivity among genotypes.
