The same LED treatments showed a highly significant ( p = 0) difference in lettuce antioxidant activity (in μmol FeSO 4 L −1 ) when the intensity of lights became lower 60 μmol m −2 s −1 ( Figure 3 B), and the highest level of antioxidant activity (in μmol FeSO 4 L −1 ) was at B345/R, followed by B450/R, with increasing rate by about 53 and 420%, compared with B450/R and B/R-rich, respectively.
This cleavage event was strongly supported by 16,415.36 reads, ranked as the global maximum (Category 0) with highly significant confidence ( p = 0.00).
ANOVA for the budburst period, indicated by the arrows on the Figure 1 graphs, showed a highly significant budburst increase in Figure 1 B–F, ( p = 0.0000), but less significant in A ( p = 0.1191).
● The number of varroa in the apiary after treatment According to the variance analysis performed with the GLM test, the number of varroa that died varies in a highly significant manner ( p = 0.000, p < 5%), depending on the number of bees in the hives, and does not depend on the number of treatment period.
Furthermore, the regression model suggested that altitude alone does not significantly affect transect richness (T = −1.19, p = 0.2431), contrasting with the highly significant effect of Asteraceae richness (T = 5.36, p = 0.0000).
The Fu’s Fs was highly significant and negative ( Fs = −369.901, p = 0.0000), indicating an excess number of alleles, as would be expected from a recent population expansion or genetic hitchhiking.
The CytoTRACE score showed a weak but highly significant negative correlation with latent time (Spearman ρ = −0.25, p = 1.9 × 10 −118 ), indicating that, although capturing distinct facets of the transcriptome, the two orthogonal approaches suggested on a common developmental trajectory from mesophyll precursors toward terminally differentiated guard cells ( Tables S1 and S2 ). 3.2.
For the chloroplast genome, the average sequencing depth (the average number of reads representing a given nucleotide; also referred to as read depth or average cover) of silica gel dried material was 1.7 times higher than that of herbarium material, and this difference was highly significant (Mann-Whitney p = 1.8 × 10 −88 ).
Chi-square tests yielded the most highly significant results for terpenoids ( p = 1.2 × 10 −41 ), amino acids and derivatives ( p = 1.6 × 10 −35 ), flavonoids ( p = 3.1 × 10 −33 ), lipids ( p = 4.8 × 10 −15 ), flavonols ( p = 1.8 × 10 −12 ), phenolic acids ( p = 2.6 × 10 −12 ), and flavones ( p = 1.1 × 10 −11 ). 3.2.
A joint likelihood-ratio test (LRT) comparing the model of four SNPs with the null model confirmed a highly significant improvement in model fit (LRT = 82.7, df = 4, p = 4.76 × 10 −17 ) with an overall ΔMcFadden R 2 = 0.230.

The linear model is highly significant ( p -value < 2 × 10 − 16 ), and 62% of the ENL variance is explained by the time of development ( R a d j 2 ≈ 0.62 ), while the residuals of the model follows a normal distribution ( p -value 0.3375 in the Shapiro–Wilk test; see Supplementary SI.2 for details).
All correlations were highly significant ( p -value < 2.2 × 10 −16 ), implying that site-specific PTM changes are consistently associated with deviations in protein abundance that cannot be explained by RNA-level changes alone ( Figure 7 b).
