In the statistical analyses, differences were classed as significant (*) for values of P < 0.05, more significant (**) for values of P < 0.01, and highly significant (***) for values of P < 0.001.
Results WFT feeding preferences (choice) and effects of leaf orientation On normally-oriented cotyledons (abaxial side-down), an aversion to adaxial-feeding by Western Flower Thrips (WFT) was highly significant on both genotypes based on Monte Carlo simulations ( P <0.001; Figure 1 ), whereas the preference for feeding on the abaxial and edge varied depending on the plant genotype (Atlas: P <0.001, V07: P =0.138; Atlas: P =0.196, V07: P <0.001, respectively).
For Dim1 difference, the effect was highly significant (p < 0.001; estimate: –0.30; CI: –0.47 – –0.13).
Eight variables showed a highly significant (p<0.001) association with at least four ANC visits in the chi-square analysis.
The association remained highly significant for both 8-oxodG and 8-oxoGuo, in both linear ( P <0.001 for both markers) and multivariate regression analysis ( P = 0.002 and P <0.001, respectively).
Highly significant correlations (r 2 = 0.960.98; p <0.001) were observed between the disease traits (TM_17D and TM_17A and, TUN_MeanD and TUN_MeanA, respectively) ( Fig 1 ).
For microsatellites, pairwise comparison of F ST showed highly significant differentiation ( F ST = 0.068, P<0.001).
This result is supported by previously identified highly significant (p<0.001) positive additive (‘bb’) x additive (‘bb’) effects from a joint scaling test using the MRI x SB22 full-sibling family indicating the presence of homozygous loci with an increase in susceptibility [ 19 ].
LMM analysis of trapping success data against time (days), allowing for positive autocorrelation between successive trapping sessions, suggested a highly significant increasing trend across May to December (LMM, P <0.001; parameter estimate = 0.00130±0.00035 catch rate day −1 ).
The highest quercetin concentration (400 μM) (in a 48 hr exposure) caused a 20% increase in R t that was highly significant (P<0.001).
For N = 8, both PiCCL(4) and PiCCL(8) showed a statistically highly significant ( p ≤ 0.001 ) advantage over SimCLR, Barlow-Twins and SimSiam.
Both groups showed highly significant variations between their respective lowest and highest DWV load (Dwass-Steel-Chritchlow-Fligner, P<0.001).
The level of nuclear AIF immunosignal was approximately 4-fold more in MPTQ treated neuro 2a cells than untreated cells and are statistically highly significant (p<0.001) ( Figure 11D ).
We found highly significant overrepresentation of GO:0016563 “transcription activator activity” (p<0.001) and weaker overrepresentation of GO:003682 “chromatin binding” (p<0.05), suggesting that highly connected nodes within communities tend to be involved in transcription regulation.
Statistical analysis using a t-test (n = 5) revealed that both the diclofenac and LG leaves extract results were highly significant (p < 0.001).
In those with >15% emphysema a highly significant correlation between Sesn2 and eosinophils either as percentage or as an absolute count was observed (r s = -0.69, p<0.001, and r s = -0.75, p<0.001 respectively).
Comparing the Kaplan-Meier survival curves, only rCBV and rCTH in the enhancing tumor and rCTH in a combined region consisting of enhancing tumor and edema are associated with TTP and OS, where predicting OS by means of rCTH is highly significant (p < 0.001).
According to ROC-analysis, ASP after 12 months showed a highly significant AUC of 0.94 (p <0.001) to differentiate between the two response groups.
Furthermore, while the main effect of condition was highly significant (F = 26, p<0.001), a significant interaction between age group and condition (F = 5.3, p = 0.024) suggests that the anchoring effect was susceptible to developmental changes.
One effect from each study is highly significant ( p = .001) and the other two effects are closer to the p < .05 criterion: p = .025 and p = .049.
We also observed that all primary hair follicles from rex rabbits were present in the follicular groups and each of these hair follicles produced a hair with circular shape like downs ( Figure 1C ).There were very highly significant differences (p<0.001) in the diameter and length of fibers as well as the coarse fiber content between the two coat phenotypes ( Table 1 ).
The proportional contribution of the 0.25 mm fraction to total (>0.25 mm) standing stock declines with increasing depth; however the decline is not statistically significant in the case of biomass, but is highly significant in the case of density (Spearman's rank p<0.001).
