2A ); there were also highly significant correlations between SWA ARM and the VO 2 , r = 0.85, p<0.0001 and between SWA BACK and VO 2 , r = 0.79, p = 0.0003 ( Fig. 2 B–C).
Estradiol concentrations showed no significant differences (P>0.05) between the two experimental groups treated with T, but the 17β-nortestosterone concentration in serum samples collected from the ND2 experimental group were highly significant (P<0.0001), higher than the concentration of 17β-nortestosterone from the ND1 group samples.

The average responses for the 5 specimens decreased from 38.88 ± 2.13% when the skin on (with; Fig 6B ) to 4.03 ± 1.05% after skin removal (without; Fig 6B ), this 90% reduction being highly significant (P < 0.0001, Mann-Whitney non-parametric t-test).
The comparison of classification scores for the non-DM control samples showed statistically highly significant differences ( P <0.0001) compared to T1D and as well as to T2D patients ( Figure 2B and Table S2 ).
This highly significant (p = 0.0001) overlap strongly supports the view that at least 294 (26%) of the Ubx-bound genes we identify are likely to be direct Ubx-regulated targets.
This distribution resulted in a significant trend test (p-value <0.0001) and slightly less significant genotypic (p-value < 0.0002) and allelic (p-value < 0.0004) tests.
