There was a significant trend for increasing test positivity rate by increasing smear grade among the TB contacts for all biomarkers (p<0.0001, Cochran-Armitage test for trend).

Also a highly significant correlation was determined for relationship between Hg concentration of the caps (0.78; p < 0.0001) and stipes (0.89; p < 0.0001) of the fruiting bodies and soil substratum for all Boletus spp.
The Pairwise G-tests showed that genetic differentiation was highly significant between the sorghum populations of the three groups, being highest between the Chuka and both the Tharaka (p-value < 0.0001) and Mbeere (p-value = 0.0002) populations and lowest between the Tharaka and Mbeere populations (p-value = 0.0083).

While there was a highly significant main effect of dose (F[2,153] = 30.2; P <0.0001; Figure 2F ), there was no main effect of genotype (F[2,153] = 0.045; P = 0.96), nor was there an interaction between genotype and dose (F[2,153] = 0.085; P = 0.99).
These trends, for both stage and grade, were highly significant ( p <0.0001 and p <0.0001, respectively).
Significant factors for the prediction of SVR For the prediction of SVR, factor X 21 (EVR) was highly significant and had a high χ 2 value (p<0.0001; table 3 ).
This difference is statistically highly significant (p<0.0001).
When the data from all five experiments are pooled, this reduction is very highly significant ( P <0.0001).
The preference for reachable locations was highly significant ( χ 2 test, two nearest LEDs against the three farthest ones, P<0.0001).
The mean levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) measured in the AMI and non-AMI groups showed a highly significant correlation with ELM (r = 0.72, p<0.0001) ( figure 4a ) but not with ELM-2 (r = 0.023, p = 0.89) ( figure 4b ).
At the protein level, treatment with pLECs-CM led to a highly significant increase in IL-6 concentration in the cell culture supernatants of both the LFC and AN-LFC (p < 0.0001).
To isolate the association of ideation with attempts, we found the residuals of the linear regression from panel B and plotted them against attempts, which still showed a positive trend (p<.0001).
An unpaired t-test revealed a highly significant difference in TL between the two groups ( t 31 = 6.83, p <0.0001, Figs. 1 and 2 ).
Interestingly, the overall number of negative predictors was lower (median 2.0, range 0–5) in individuals with SVR versus patients with virologic failure (median 3.0, range 1–5) and this was highly significant ( Fig 4A , P <0.0001).
Similarly, there were also highly significant differences among the various time points (F = 109.57, P < 0.0001).
In comparison, the well-developed t-tubule network staining of ventricular myocytes occupied 6.945±0.395% of the cell cytoplasm ( Fig 4Aii ) ( n = 24) which was highly significant (P<0.0001).
The difference is highly significant using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test (Bonferroni corrected, p<0.0001).
We found highly significant ( P < 0.0001) levels of OPN (mean +/- SD, 612 +/- 106 ng/mL) in these 33 patients compared to 31 healthy subjects (409 +/- 56 ng/mL) ( Fig 5A ).
The only variable that was significant was the NCEAS score, having a highly significant p-value in all of the models (p-value<0.0001).

When the areas of H-reflexes (averaged daily) elicited by single and burst stimuli were compared these differences were highly significant ( Sign and Wilcoxon tests, P<0.0001) indicating that burst stimulation attenuated by about 50% the area of H-reflexes elicited by single pulses.
