There were highly significant negative correlations between TOR and lesion extent in area 2 (ρ = −.669, p<.001), hIP2 (ρ = −.652, p<.001) and the SLF (ρ = −.451, p<.001), indicating that a higher lesion load in these regions was associated with reduced tactile functions.
Excerpts
The obese PCOS women were significantly more frequent in the <18 and >20 CAG repeat category than the lean PCOS women, yielding a highly significant odds (p = 0.001).
The genetic differentiation among the five geographical subpopulations observed in the analysis of STRUCTURE results according to [52] was confirmed by highly significant (p<0.001) F ST values for all but one pair-wise comparison after multiple test corrections ( Table 1 ).
Accordingly, model comparison statistics using Monte-Carlo simulations revealed highly significant increases with attention in accuracy and certainty (SN, SW: all p<0.001).
time point 2) confirmed that both effects were highly significant (ratio: F (2, 110) = 59.58, partial η 2 = .52, p <.001; time: F (1, 55) = 27.74, partial η 2 = .33, p <.001).
Overall, pelagic dives were more frequent at night (44%±24%) than day (28%±17%, F 7,34 = 11.41, P = 0.002), and the frequency of pelagic dives was highly significant between individuals (F 2,34 = 5.53, P<0.001).
Our results were consistent with a highly significant model ( Figure 3 ) (Boyce Index = 0.99; P<0.001) [27] .
When perceived competence is included as an independent variable in the regression equation model, the predictive effect of students’ perceived teacher support on exercise participation is partially significant, with statistical differences (F = 35.528, P<0.001), explaining 75.0% of the variance, indicating that perceived competence serves as a complete mediating role between teacher competence support and exercise participation, supporting hypothesis H2.
AMOVA results for overall population genetic structure within and among the populations were highly significant ( p < 0.001), except for ND1 gene results.
The difference between the two hemispheres was highly significant (p<0.001, the paired t-test).
Though not an objective of the study, a positive result was that ES remained a highly significant predictor in all adjusted models developed (p < .001); this had not yet been demonstrated in the previous study by Gallardo-Estrella et al.
As shown in Table 3 , the Pearson correlation coefficient indicated a positive and highly significant correlation between the total UWES-9S and subscale scores (p < 0.001).
The overall model fit is also satisfactory, as reflected by a highly significant model F-test ( F = 51.24, p < 0.001).
We saw similar, and highly significant differences for the published high-grade, late stage, serous tumors (HR = 1.3, 95%CI [1.1,1.6], logrank p-value<0.001) and the entire published ovarian dataset (HR = 1.4; 95%CI [1.2,1.6], logrank p-value<0.001).
As expected, we detected a highly significant (p<0.001) increase in the number of DNA double-strand breaks between non-injected embryos and Camptothecin injected embryos ( Figure 3F ).
Students receiving multiple interventions had higher scores on the pre-test as compared to those receiving a single intervention (P<0.001 for all comparisons among groups), and they demonstrated an increasing trend of awareness about gambling over time (P<0.001 for multiple interventions; P = 0.538 for single intervention).
As expected, PCoA analysis of OTUs pooled from all mouse genotypes revealed strong clustering based on site and highly significant differences in microbiome composition were detected (ANOSIM, p<0.001) ( Figure 3 ).
CDAI and HBI scores significantly decreased compared to baseline after anti-TNF-α infusion at all time points ( Table 3 ), and the association between these two measures over time was highly significant (B = 18.45, p<0.001).
urediniospore germination on agar disks The smooth terms (temperature and duration on agar disks, which correlates with exposure to moisture required for germination) in the model were highly significant based on approximate measures of significance (F 18,18 = 85.2, P<0.001).
Our study showed that flooding has a highly significant effect ( P <0.001) on AMF diversity (based on phylotype richness, Shannon's index and phylotype composition), and the effects are dependent on the degree of flooding.
In an ANOVA, the effect of continent (fixed) was not significant (F = 2.298; df = 1,8; P = 0.204); the effect of site (nested, random) was not significant (F = 1.224; df = 8,4; P = 0.424), but the effect of time (fixed) after application was highly significant ((F = 10.535; df = 4,160); P<0.001).
This difference is highly significant (p<0.001) for the number of nucleotides involved.
All of these results were highly significant (p < 0.001), indicating that the observed performances were extremely unlikely to have occurred by chance.
Approachiness (a measure of directionality of hive approach) was the only parameter that showed a highly significant reduction from 0.30 and 0.42, for C GE and C S bees respectively, to 0.11 in the Nc-group ( F TR 2, 86.3 = 9.98, p <0.001) ( Tables 1 and S1 ).
