The overall GOF test result from U-CARE showed overdispersion (χ 2 = 83.924, df = 28, P<0.001), and TEST2.CT was highly significant (χ 2 = 37.292, df = 5, P<0.001).
Excerpts
In contrast, the IDI for the RealAge model compared to the Framingham unscaled points model was highly significant (0.004, 95% CI : [0.002, 0.011], p-value <0.001).
Mixed-effects analyses performed on the juvenile and adult cohorts show that for both BAX and p53 biomarkers, the main effects of Age and Dose were highly significant (p < 0.001 and < 0.0001, respectively), while the interactions of Age x Dose only reached significance for BAX (p < 0.05) ( Fig 4B ). Šidák’s Post Hoc multiple comparisons between mean BAX biomarker measurements in the juvenile and adult cohorts at each Dose did not detect significant differences (potentially due to unequal sample sizes and high variability).
For all the four variables, a highly significant trend was apparent to a progressive increase with age (p<0.001) and more so in the transition from the peri-pubertal age to adolescence.
Again, the difference was highly significant ( P <0.001).
Two-way ANOVA of ABR and DPOAE thresholds returned highly significant exposure and time effects ( p < 0 . 001 ).
Analysis of similarity pointed to highly significant differences between OTUs within high and low input farming systems (P<0.001) at Chuka site.
CA analysis of the entire Sandbian ( gracilis and bicornis biozones) ostracod fauna revealed a clear latitudinal signal, with all southern marginal localities lying on the right side of the first CA axis, and most midcontinent localities on the left ( Figure 4a ); this relation with latitude was highly significant (CCA, p<0.001).
The minimum eccentricity of eyes-in-head at the start of a new saccade varies with posture, for sit M = 17.8°, for swivel M = 17.4°, and for stand M = 16.5°, a highly significant effect, F (2, 84886) = 192.9, p < .001, η G 2 = 0 . 0 0 5 , with significant pairwise differences between postures (all p ’s < .001).
The Target TTP had a highly significant effect on the descending slope, F (1, 21) = 25.7, p <.001, with a more negative slope for the short TTP (−0.00457±0.0003 μV/[cm 2 ·ms]) than for the long TTP (−0.00252±0.0002 μV/[cm 2 ·ms]).
The distances between all pair wise combinations of chicken ecotypes are highly significant (p < 0.001).The largest distance value is observed between highland and midland female chicken ecotypes (30.17),whereas the lowest distance value is recorded between midland and lowland chicken ecotypes (17.35).This suggests a potential gene flow from highland or midland populations to the lowland chicken ecotypes.
For incident CAD, the associated effect of rs4977574 was found to be highly significant in never-smokers (HR 1.26 per risk allele; 95% CI 1.13–1.40; P<0.001) and former smokers (HR = 1.20 per risk allele; 95% CI 1.08–1.32; P<0.001), whereas this associated effect was attenuated and not significant in current smokers (HR = 1.05 per risk allele; 95% CI 0.95–1.16; P = 0.326) ( Table 3 , Figure 2 ).
For type 13, we found highly significant selection ( P <0.001) in landraces of Indonesia and the Philippines, especially in japonica rice.
Another result to highlight is the highly significant difference between cases and controls regarding the mean number of risk alleles at the 14 selected adenoma susceptibility loci (p<0.001).
The test meal led to a highly significant rise in plasma CCK-LI concentration 20 and 60 min thereafter (main effect of meal: F = 18.46, p<.001, eta 2 = .45) and did not exceed the normal response ( Figure 1 ).
After adjusting for the effects of potential confounding factors such as age, sex, hypertension, duration of diabetes, biochemical data, and cataract status, a significant trend was observed for all contrast conditions ( p for trend p < 0.001).
There was highly significant extra-Poisson variation in the numbers of cases not only between flu seasons and between quarters within flu seasons, but also between months within quarters (p<0.001 in each instance).
The differential results displayed ( Fig 8A ) that the expression profiles of 9 hub genes in both the VS group and the control group from the combined datasets demonstrated highly significant statistical variances ( p < 0.001).
In this location the positive correlation between the deposition of bird faeces and soil nitrogen stable isotope ratio ( δ 15 N) was also highly significant ( r s = 0.69, n = 20, p < 0.001), while it was negative for the carbon signature ( δ 13 C; r s = –0.70, n = 20, p < 0.001).
Statistical significance was determined by ANOVA using a two-tailed Tukey-Kramer approach for multiple comparisons (highly significant ***, p<0.001; very significant **, p<0.01; significant *, p<0.05; not significant ns, p>0.05).
The correlation was highly significant (Spearman’s rho –0.906, p<0.001).

As expected, we detected a highly significant (p<0.001) increase in the number of DNA double-strand breaks between non-injected embryos and Camptothecin injected embryos ( Figure 3F ).
Highly significant correlations (all p<0.001) were noted between ALT values and measures of BMI, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, insulin levels, HOMA-IR, total cholesterol and triglyceride concentrations.
