Tumor focality was a strong predictor of survival, as patients with unifocal tumors had a median survival of 17 months (95% CI: 15.111–18.889), while those with multifocal tumors had a median survival of only 6 months (95% CI: 2.801–9.199), with a highly significant p-value of <0.001.
Excerpts
Highly significant improvements (p<0.001) in the average ODI and VAS were found after 12 months (ODI change from 70.6% to 30.1% and VAS change from 7.7 to 1.4 points).
P-values < 0.05 were considered statistically significant (*), p-values < 0.01 were considered highly significant (**) and p-values < 0.001 were considered very highly significant (***).
Critically, the Category by SF scale was highly significant (F(2,28) = 9.48, MSE = 1.23, p <.001), implying a differential usage of SF information for the categorization of cars and airplanes in experts.
Model IV (versus model III), shows that the influence of A is highly significant since removing it from the model results in a considerable worsening of fit (χ 2 (1) = 293.2, p <.001).
We found a highly significant correlation between automatically and manually scored specimens with regard to TMEM27 (R 2 = 0.48, p <0.001), BACE2 (R 2 = 0.13, p <0.001), and insulin (R 2 = 0.59, p <0.001), respectively ( Figure 2A-C ).
A one-way repeated measures ANOVA revealed a highly significant effect of Start Position (F(4,76) = 18.95, p<0.001).
AMOVA results for overall population genetic structure within and among the populations were highly significant ( p < 0.001), except for ND1 gene results.
The treatment effect was highly significant for the 0.25% UC781 in vivo treated biopsies exposed ex vivo to 10 4 TCID 50 virus ( p<0.001 ).
The difference in APTT prolongation between the Plasmodium-infected and healthy control was highly significant (p ≤ 0.001).
Highly significant (p<0.001) down-regulation of IL-6 and GM-CSF following miR-146a over-expression correlated well with our genomic data.
This model confirms that the effect of body mass depends on season, where the curvature in early season is highly significant (GAM; edf = 3.999, Ref. df. = 5.008, F = 5.600, P = 0.001, Fig 6 ), while it is non-significant in the late season (GAM; edf = 0.667, Ref. df. = 0.667, F = 0.515, P = 0.558, Fig 6 ).
7 ) are all highly significant ( P <0.001) under various fertilization treatments.
Statistical analysis using a t-test (n = 5) revealed that both the diclofenac and LG leaves extract results were highly significant (p < 0.001).
The increase in model fit is highly significant ( χ 2 difference = 41.66, p < .001), which indicates significant differences between slopes.
Among the highly significant markers (with P < 0.001) in the QTLRs, 48.1% were generated by markers with MAF < 0.15 ( S1 Table ).
The two-way mixed intraclass correlation coefficient was highly significant ( ρ = 0.97, F 15, 30 = 29.9, P <0.001) indicating that that the share of paternity of males at different developmental stages are highly correlated ( Figure 1 ).
For fat content, highly significant differences were also detected in fat content among the cultivars (p value < 0.001).
In all regions, there were highly significant differences between the actual and expected stand age distributions (average ages of dominant trees with no fire exclusion) ( P <0.001, Fig. 2A–F ), indicating that fire was the predominant disturbance prior to effective fire exclusion.
There was a highly significant effect of diagnostic groups (F = 11.41, df = 9/577, p<0.001) explaining 12.4% of the variance in the data.
Intraclass correlations for inter- and intra-rater agreement on the presence or absence of errors and a class of errors were all highly significant ( r = .99; p < .001).
A decreasing trend (rSp = - 0.4738, p < 0.001) was found in the number of days spent at the rescue center with the increasing weight of young.
For example, differences in mean scores relating to ‘Cleanliness and Facilities’, ‘Open and Friendliness’ and ‘Compassion and Kindness’ were highly significant (p<0.001), with women with disabilities rating these as better than women without disabilities.
The mixed model analysis of variance revealed highly significant effects of species and of treatment on T leaf ( Table 1 ; p < 0.001).
The Student's t-test for independent samples revealed a highly significant difference between the logarithmic cfDNA values of both collectives (t(132.0) = 5.94; 95% CI, 4.9–16.0; p<0.001; Fig. 7 ), with mean cfDNA concentrations of the CHD patients being 2-fold higher compared to the controls.
