Extending this correlation analysis to the entire study population ( Supplementary Table 2 ; Supplementary Figure 2 ), the influence of naïve B cells remained highly significant (Roche: ρ = 0.636, P<0.001, R 2 = 0.123).

We further stratified patients into HRG&LRG, revealing a highly significant survival disparity between the two groups (P < 0.001) ( Figures 5A, B ).
The difference between the groups was highly significant (P < 0.001; Figure 1C ).
In contrast, at the 813 cm -1 characteristic peak related to glutathione, the relative peak intensity of type IV-LN was significantly higher than that of all other cohorts, with the difference reaching a highly significant statistical level ( Figure 4G , P<0.001).
These included gestational dependency of central memory CD4+ T lymphocytes with a highly significant positive correlation (R 2 0.8267; p-value >0.001) with increasing gestation age ( Supplemental Figure 5 ).
A highly significant heterogeneity was observed in these studies ( I 2 = 75%, Q -test p < 0.001); thus, the random-effects model was adopted for analysis.
Both of these genes have less variation within populations than FuHC (81.2 and 27.16%, respectively), and both have highly significant Fst values ( p < 0.001).
Within both SAM-H1/CNE and aMIV groups, Tbet expression was generally higher in Cd62l- pent+CD8+ T cells compared to their Cd62l+ counterpart, with differences being highly significant at early time points after immunization ( Figure 5A , D10p1 and D10P2; adjusted Fisher’s exact test p -value ≤ 0.001).
This difference was highly significant at p < 0.001 ( Figure 1A ).
Based on the pathological characteristics of the coagulation-fibrinolytic system imbalance in COPD patients, the comprehensive evidence-based evidence suggested that the modulatory effect of Salvia divinorum polyphenols intervention on D-D indexes was not only statistically highly significant (P<0.001), but also the magnitude of the effect (WMD=-0.43 μg/L) exceeded the criterion of the smallest clinically important difference in the field of thrombosis, suggesting that the intervention might modulate the activity of the fibrinolytic system bypathway to improve hypercoagulability in COPD patients, with clear clinical translational value. 3.6.4.
Therapeutic treatment with INI-2004 led to a highly significant (p ≤ 0.001) reduction in lung eosinophil influx across both INI-2004 doses and treatment cohorts ( Figure 3 ).
Furthermore the subjects receiving the vitamin experienced approximately 30% fewer total days of disability (confined to the house or off work) than those receiving the placebo, and this difference was statistically highly significant (P <0.001)” ( 5 ); see Table 1 .
As shown in Figure 1 , all HTLV-1–infected individuals (ACs, HAM/TSP, and ATLL) exhibited strong reactivity to 44 epitopes, whereas healthy controls (HCs) displayed only low-intensity binding restricted to 9 epitopes, resulting in a highly significant difference (p < 0.001) for all HTLV-1–infected groups compared with HCs.
Interestingly, the naive fish treated with EE 2 showed a markedly significant (p < 0.001) increase in the peroxidase activity relative to the control fish ( Figure 3A ).
However, after 16 weeks of co-administration of the drugs, blood glucose of mice was significantly reduced ( p < 0.01, p < 0.05), and blood glucose of the Met group showed a significant trend of reduction ( p < 0.001) ( Figure 1C ); the administration did not affect the body weight of db/db mice ( Figure 1D ).
The results showed that 14 proteins were highly related to SARS-CoV-2 infection, and 12 proteins were further screened with highly significant levels (p < 0.001) that were closely related to hospitalization outcomes; among them, the proteins ADM, IL-6, MCP-3, TRAIL-R2, and PD-L1 can be used as predictors of death.
This analysis confirmed that the first five principal components (PC1-PC5) were highly significant (p < 0.001), as their eigenvalues substantially exceeded those obtained from randomly permuted data.
TLR7 levels showed a decreasing trend with increased COVID-19 severity, being lower in patients with moderate disease (β-coeff: -0.45 [95%CI -0.65, -0.25], p<0.001) and further reduced in patients with severe disease (β-coeff: -0.69 [95%CI -0.99, -0.40], p<0.001) compared to those with mild disease.
There was a highly significant increase in the mean concentration of IL-4 in NKT cell cultures with DC1b cells versus cultures with NKT cells alone (p<0.001).
Sensitivity analysis revealed that this result was strongly influenced by GSE185263 : after excluding this study, the association became highly significant (SMD ≈ -0.90, P < 0.001) with reduced heterogeneity, whereas removal of other studies yielded non-significant P-values.
TEFS remained a highly significant independent predictor of OS (Hazard Ratio (HR) = 19.28, 95% confidence interval (CI): 11.11–33.45; p < 0.001) ( Figure 6d ), providing a quantifiable, biology-informed metric for risk stratification.
As shown in Figure 4 the most evident association was with the neutrophils, showing a highly significant correlation between mCRP and cd66b+ neutrophils (Spearman correlation 0.57, p<0.001).
There was a highly significant difference between male and female opinions on the need for a standardized information booklet (p < 0.001) ( Table 5 ). 4.
