ICU admission also revealed a highly significant difference between survivors (20 out of 84) and non-survivors (10 out of 16), with a p-value of <0.001, as shown in Table 3 .
The difference in the mean time of rescue analgesia was statistically highly significant when Group A (gabapentin) was compared with Group C (placebo) (P value<0.001) and when Group B (pregabalin) was compared with Group C (placebo) (P value<0.001).
The difference in mean scores of pre and post was highly significant (p < 0.001), which resulted in more than 90% power post-hoc test.

Body Mass Index The mean (SD) BMI was 16.05 (3.3) kg/m 2 (Table 1 ), with a minimum of 8.3 kg/m 2 and a maximum of 76.9 kg/m 2 , showing a significant trend with the lowest value in the public schools (with the lowest socioeconomic status [SES]) and the highest value in the private schools (with the highest SES) (p < 0.001) (Table 2 ).
Moreover, the difference in the overall, coronal, middle, and apical mean smear scores between Group A and Group E was highly significant (p-value<0.001).
Out of 62 loculated and 396 diffused cases, 21 (33.87%) and 20 (5.05%) cases reported surgical site abdominal wound infection and needed resuturing, respectively and it was found to be highly significant (p<0.001).
Additionally, the interaction effect between ischemia and MI was highly significant (F-statistic = 76.2919, p < 0.001), suggesting that the relationship between ischemia and CAC scores is influenced by the presence of MI.
This difference was highly significant, with a p-value of <0.001.
Within-group observation showed highly significant (P < 0.001) changes in probing depth from baseline to three months in all three study groups except between one month and three months in the control group.
The results will be considered highly significant when the significant probability is less than 0.001 (***p-value <0.001).

However, when all time points were pooled, the cumulative incidence of bleeding was substantially higher in the enoxaparin group (23.3%) compared to the fondaparinux group (6.9%), and this difference was highly significant (χ2=8.02, p=0.002).
There was a positive trend between the level of knowledge and attitude (from negative to positive), gamma = 0.66, p = 0.002, indicating that greater knowledge was associated with more positive attitudes (Table 6 ).

Furthermore, the study found a highly significant association between decreased E-cadherin expression and high-grade tumors compared to low-grade tumors (p=0.002), suggesting a potential role for E-cadherin as a marker of tumor aggressiveness and progression.
The association was highly significant (χ2 = 12.458 (df = 2), p = 0.002).
