The anterior limb of the internal capsule (ALIC) demonstrated a highly significant difference on the ipsilateral side, with a mean FA of 0.39 ± 0.013 in cases compared to 0.23 ± 0.013 in controls (t = 3.82, p < 0.001), suggesting disruption of frontotemporal connectivity pathways often affected in TLE.
Excerpts
Within-group observation showed highly significant (P < 0.001) changes in probing depth from baseline to three months in all three study groups except between one month and three months in the control group.
There was a highly significant statistical difference in IgE levels between patients suffering from AFS and CRSwNP (p <.001), with AFS cases showing higher IgE levels (mean (SD) IgE level in IU/ml: 820.2 (752.8) vs. 242.1 381.3)).
However, this should be interpreted with caution because of the small number of twin pregnancies (n=9; 0.7%), which gives rise to a very large 95% CI of the OR (3.514 - 72.105), even though the p-value was highly significant (p<0.001).
Statistical analysis revealed a highly significant association between HPE diagnosis and p57 expression levels (χ2 = 46.926, p < 0.001) (Table 2 ).
CD showed highly significant increases from 1-20 to both 21-40 and 41-60 years (p < 0.001), and a minor difference with 61-80 years (p = 0.01).
The independent samples t-test revealed that all eight parameters exhibited highly significant sexual dimorphism, with male specimens demonstrating consistently larger mean values than female specimens (p<0.001 for all comparisons).
ICU admission also revealed a highly significant difference between survivors (20 out of 84) and non-survivors (10 out of 16), with a p-value of <0.001, as shown in Table 3 .
Analysis of variance revealed a highly significant relationship between colonoscopy (OR, 2.5; P = 0.001) and histological inflammation scores and the probability of CRN.

The Kruskal-Wallis one-way analysis of variance showed a highly significant difference between the control group and the two test groups (p < 0.001).
However, lesion color showed a highly significant association (p = 0.001), with mixed-colored lesions predominating in dysplasia cases, whereas white lesions were more frequent in non-dysplastic cases.
In contrast, a moderately positive correlation was found between AHI and time of SpO 2 under 89% (the average time each patient spent with their SpO 2 <89%) with a highly significant p-value (r=0.47, p<0.001).
At five minutes, SBP significantly dropped to 115.28±7.2 mmHg with a 95% CI of 112.98-117.58 in Group R but was much lower at 90±8.4 mmHg with a 95% CI of 87.31-92.69 in Group B, showing a highly significant difference (p<0.001) (Table 3 ).
The chi-square test indicated a highly significant association between the presence of vertical bone loss and ERR, with a chi-square value of 30.038, 1 degree of freedom, and a p-value of <0.001 (*p < 0.05), suggesting that ERR was more prevalent in subjects with vertical bone loss compared to those without (Table 3 ).
The average crystallite size was 103.2% greater in adult specimens, a highly significant difference (p < 0.001).
Biochemically, raised fasting glucose (≥100 mg/dL) occurred in 22 (68.8%), high triglycerides (≥150 mg/dL) in 26 (81.3%), low HDL cholesterol (<50 mg/dL) in 28 (87.5%), and elevated HOMA-IR (≥2.5) in 30 (93.8%) of those with MetS, all highly significant (p<0.001).
There were highly significant statistical differences between +ve JAK2 vs -ve JAK2 and +ve FVL vs -ve FVL (p<0.001) (Figure 1 ).
The mean DCr/PCr was significantly higher in patients with anastomotic urinary leak (22.48 ± 28.99) compared to those without leak (1.63 ± 4.35), with a highly significant difference (p < 0.001) (Table 4 ).
In comparison, expenses increased to 44.03% (from $211,404 to $304,491), with both changes highly significant (p<.001).
The test demonstrated a highly significant deviation between SKU proportions and cost proportions (p < 0.001), indicating that pharmaceutical expenditure is strongly concentrated in a very small number of items.
Results The GBD analysis revealed that discontinuous breastfeeding was a highly significant risk factor for childhood AD (R2 = 0.21, p<0.001) and remained a key independent predictor in the final multivariate model (p = 0.016).
