Statistically highly significant (p < 0.001) associations were found between NT-proBNP with duration of T2DM and EF.
However, gender was a highly significant predictor of E. coli ESBL status (p < 0.001), with males disproportionately represented in the ESBL-positive group (70, 70.70%) compared to females (29, 29.29%) (Table 2 ).
A p value of <0.05 was regarded as statistically significant, with a highly significant p value of <0.001.
Remarkably, the validity of such a finding can also be questioned, despite a highly significant z-value (z = 33.346, p < 0.001).

The one-way ANOVA showed a highly significant overall effect of group on fracture resistance, F(4,45) = 82.14, p<0.001, with very large effect sizes (η2=0.880, ω2=0.867, ε2=0.869; Cohen’s f=2.70).
Biochemically, raised fasting glucose (≥100 mg/dL) occurred in 22 (68.8%), high triglycerides (≥150 mg/dL) in 26 (81.3%), low HDL cholesterol (<50 mg/dL) in 28 (87.5%), and elevated HOMA-IR (≥2.5) in 30 (93.8%) of those with MetS, all highly significant (p<0.001).
This association was highly significant (p=0.001).
Similarly, there was a highly significant difference in the time until the next fever spike (F (2,131)=15.66, p<0.001).
Adjusted model (controlled for age, BMI, smoking, GOLD stage): CAT score → BODE index: β = 0.122 (95% CI: 0.098-0.146), p < 0.001; adjusted R2 = 0.720 Interpretation: The adjusted association remained highly significant (p < 0.001) and was not materially different from the unadjusted correlation (Δβ = 0.004, or 0.6% change), suggesting minimal confounding by age, BMI, smoking status, or disease severity classification.
In contrast, Candida auris demonstrated a highly significant difference (p < 0.001), being more prevalent in ICU (n = 56; 3.41%) compared to IPD (n = 14; 0.85%).
The association between governorate and contamination was highly significant (χ2 = 27.4, p < 0.001) (Table 3 ).
Results A moderately significant negative relationship was found between the AAQ sub-dimension of psychosocial loss score and RSES sub-dimension self-esteem (r=-0.340, p=0<0.001), continuity of self-concept (r=-0.258, p<0.001), depressive affect (r=-0.423, p<0.001), and psychosomatic symptoms (r=-0.311, p<0.001).

For question 4, which states that “Cough and breathlessness are the most common symptoms in asthma,” 74 (49.3%) answered “Yes” and 76 (50.6%) answered “No,” and this difference was said to be statistically very highly significant (p<0.001).
Intraventricular extension was present in 16 patients (40%), and mortality in this subgroup was 75%, also showing a highly significant association with poor outcomes ( P < 0.001) (Tables 6 - 7 ).
Cholecystoenteric fistulae were present exclusively in the converted group (6, 18.18%), with no occurrences in the laparoscopic group, representing a highly significant association ( P < 0.001).
