Modified atmosphere packaging resulted in a decreasing trend in interclass distances on days 3, 6 and 8, and a significant difference for days 3 and 10 ( Figure 9 d).
Overall, few trends emerge from studying the difference spectra, but it is clear that the wavelength range of 1350–1450 nm shows markedly significant differences between storage days.
