- 120 g plain yogurt
- 80 ml warm water
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 garlic cloves

In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add the yogurt, warm water, and 1 tablespoon melted butter. Stir, then knead into a soft, slightly sticky dough, about 5 minutes.

Cover and leave somewhere warm until puffy and roughly doubled, about 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 6 pieces. On a floured surface, roll each into an oval or teardrop about 0.5cm thick.

Heat a heavy skillet (cast iron is best) over medium-high until very hot. Place a naan in the dry pan.
